Launching Deloitte’s Secure AI

Deloitte developed a secure AI solution for government clients in close collaboration with leading industry partners. As they prepared for launch, the team recognized the need for compelling go-to-market materials that would clearly communicate the solution’s value. With countless AI offerings already competing for attention, Deloitte faced the challenge of differentiating their platform in a crowded market. Their objective was to highlight not only the technology’s strength and security, but also the unique advantages it delivers to government missions with high-stakes requirements.

Intent

To support the go-to-market launch, Deloitte engaged Throughline to help position Silicon to Service  as a comprehensive AI solution designed to drive efficiency and effectiveness across missions. Their main objective was to communicate the platform’s ability to deliver efficiency, speed to value, and rigorous security — qualities essential to government clients. At the same time, they wanted to spotlight the benefits of collaborating with Dell Technologies, NVIDIA and Equinix, reinforcing credibility through industry-leading innovators. Throughline was brought onboard to develop impactful launch materials that would deliver this story clearly and consistently and with impact across audiences
and channels.

Throughline worked closely with Deloitte’s AI Strategic Growth Offering (SGO) portfolio to design a suite of launch assets that would bring S2S to life. Our work began with establishing a distinct visual identity that balanced innovation with trust—critical for government-facing solutions—all while remaining in compliance with brand guidance. From there, we developed a promotional video that distilled the technical complexity of S2S into a clear and engaging narrative. Supporting materials included a slick sheet handout, a PowerPoint template, and a comprehensive offering/visual identity guide to anchor future communications. We also crafted web copy tailored for Deloitte’s site to ensure digital reach matched in-person engagement.

Our collaborative approach incorporated frequent feedback loops to align with Deloitte’s messaging priorities and regulatory sensitivities. The result was a cohesive set of deliverables designed not only to inform, but also to inspire confidence in Deloitte’s role as a leader in secure AI innovation.

IMPACT

Deloitte used the Silicon to Service materials prominently at Dell Tech World 2025, introducing the offering to a global audience of technology leaders and government partners. While specific performance metrics were not shared, the launch materials provided Deloitte with professional, versatile tools to communicate their value proposition consistently across channels. The assets are now leveraged on their website, in sales conversations, government pitches and conferences, ensuring that Deloitte’s AI story is delivered with clarity and authority. By equipping their team with a strong visual identity and polished content, Throughline helped Deloitte position S2S as a differentiated solution in a crowded marketplace.
